in it for the mix

 top: Old Navy
skirt: Anthropologie clearnace
hat, shoes: Target
necklace: Unpossible Cuts
Perfect outfit for people watching, in the sunshine, over micheladas. Micheladas are just about my favorite thing ever! I love bloody mary's but don't like them super strong, as I like the mix better than the vodka. Micheladas are the perfect solution. Beer, lots of bloody mary mix, lime and salt. Soooo good on a hot day. On Saturday I got up for a run and some yoga. By early afternoon, I had planted myself at a picnic table, with a friend to enjoy the beautiful weather. As you can see, I was not kidding about wearing this skirt every weekend. I'd call it a rut but this skirt is too awesome for such a derogatory word. I'm in a good rut.

weekend staple

skirt: Anthropologie sale
top: Chambray shirt dress worm as a top, Anthro sale
wedge sandals: gift
hat: Target
I have been wearing this skirt every weekend. Seriously, every single weekend. I still have photos from the weekend before last in this skirt, that I have not posted. The weather has been so gorgeous that I want to let my legs breathe while they can. I am eagerly anticipating the cool, fall days when I can bring out my tights. But, for now, I am happy to traipse around the city bare legged.

trifecta

top: unsure resale from Crossroads
skirt: Anthro clearance
moccasins: Target
necklace: gift and Unpossible Cuts
My aim when getting dressed on the weekend is to wear things that I can not wear to school. Saturday and Sunday are when I bust out the short skirts. And sheer tops apparently. Man, I really went for it in this outfit. Lace top and short skirt. Scandalous!
Obviously, it is not the weekend right now. I wore this two weeks back. Not having a camera, working, and my commute are the trifecta conspiring to keep me from blogging. But I win this round, all because I am too busy (lazy) to post photos on days that start with S.
