crossing the line

 dress: H&M
belt: target
heels:Target
necklace: Sway

Let me just state the obvious here. This dress is tight, real tight. I bought it because I loved the color and the style but sheesh! You can not eat and be comfortable in this dress. Physical comfort is not a high consideration when I get dressed every morning (as evidenced by the high heels I teach in for 8 hours a day) but this dress may be just over the line for me. It is pretty though.

lace and tentacles

skirt: H&M gift
top: Francesca's
shoes: Mia sale
Octo Love necklace: Unpossible Cuts

I did not wear this today. I love the lace in both this skirt and top so it only seemed natural to pair them together.
Sadly, we have been enduring a bout of cold weather. I wore this back when the sun was shining and I didn't need cozy layers to keep me warm.
....sigh. Can't wait for those days to return.
I am finishing up my report cards as we speak. I type a comment for one kids then take a break and type a few lines here. I loathe the comments. They take forever and are nothing I have not already said to both the kids and parents. 15 down, 16 to go!

shoes: Seychelle's resale
top: GAP sale

LOVE The Beauty Department and their fun nail tutorials!

Hooray, I have been gravitating towards all shades of green lately. So this latest Everybody Everywear came at the perfect time. This uhhh-mazing skirt has so many details that I love. The peplum cut of it, I have been lusting after peplum! The adorable little airplane charms sewn at the waist. The interesting pattern. The $15 price tag. Love it all! Seriously, I talk up resale clothing all the time, so if you have not hit up a resale clothing shop, do so immediately.

apples for the teacher

dress: Kohl's from like 2008
sweater: Target
top: H&M
tights: H&M
shoes: Forever 21
belt/scarf: Target
A blouse with apple print! How could I resist?
Please, please, please tell me that I have not broken the solemn vow I made when I changed my major to education. I swore that I would never, ever wear sweaters with apples, chlakboards, or kittens.
In my defense, this is not a sweater. I am thinking that as long as I do not start rocking sweaters or long denim jumpers puff painted with the above mentioned, I am good.
