mind changed

skirt: Banana Republic resale
tshirt: Target
blouse: Marshall's
acorn earrings: [un]possible cuts
hawk wedges: Seychelle's sale
belt: Target

Have you ever worn an outfit that you LOVED and felt great wearing all day long; only to see it in pictures later and hate the way in looks? Meet that outfit. I got this blouse for a song on Marshall's and was so excited because not only was it sheer but it had an ornate, pearl collar.  Try as I might I have never found an outfit to wear it with that I've liked. Then I paired it underneath this grey, scoop-necked tshirt and thought I'd done it. Found a way to wear this damn blouse. And all day long, I was loving this outfit. The grey, the detailing. Ugh! Then I pulled up these pictures and immediately changed my mind. Keep in mind that the above pictures were the "good" ones. The others were god awful.

You win some, you lose some.

This is the best that I could do with these photos with my non-existent photo editing skills. I mistakenly had my camera set to manual and didn't realize until later that all of these pictures were super overexposed. I played around on picnik (because I don't have photoshop) for half an hour just trying to get the color of my shirt to show up.'s aqua gingham. Let me just state that I am an amateur blogger. Blog design, photo editing, photography, angles, ligthing, fashion. I am just making it up as I go.Thanks for following along as I stumble blindly ahead :)
