New Year's for me isn't so much about specific resolutions. Rather, I view it as a fresh start to get on track. Pick back up all the pieces I have let fall over the year. It's a time to evaluate and refocus my energies where I feel is most beneficial. Resolutions are meant to be broken for most people, so I don't bother making them. Instead, I remember how much satisfaction and joy I get from the creative outlet of my blog and I make it a priority to find time to take photos and post entries. It is appropriate that this is the first outfit I post this year. It is not a fall or winter outfit at all, it screams spring. However, I have worn it several times this year and never managed to get a photo of it. Finally getting around to that...among other things.

ReplyDeletewow I am in love with that dress/skirt. I've been wanting a long skirt that is shorter in the front and longer in the back (is there a word for that style?!) but I have yet to find one. Hopefully soon!
